- The employer fills in a “Corporate Information Form” and “Position Request Form”(please contact us by telephone for the forms.)
- Our Recruiting Consultant visits or phones the employer to understand the needs and requirements to the recruiting position.

- We propose to the employer quotation list and working time according to the criteria on the position, salary and competence.
- The employer signs our Recruiting Service Agreement

| Candidate Searching : |

- We provide a qualified candidate’s resume and evaluation report to the employer.
- We schedule an interview between the employer and proposed candidate.

| Candidate Recommendation : |

- Searching: our Recruiting Consultant filters candidates from our databank and/or conducts a project-specific search.
- Interviewing & Appraisal: we proceed with a one-on-one interview with potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications.

| Candidate Hiring : |

- We assist the employer in hiring-related work and offer Letter.
- Upon successful recruitment, we issue our invoice to the employer.
